Welcome to the journal Strategic Intelligence of the College of Intelligence and Counterintelligence "BG. Ricardo Charry Solano" (ESICI) is an open-access, peer-reviewed, scientific-academic journal published annually.
The journal Strategic Intelligence is a publication created for the dissemination of scientific articles that demonstrate research results on Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Security, Defense and Technology from an interdisciplinary approach that integrates different areas of knowledge of the social sciences. To achieve this objective, the journal meets the national and international standards of quality, visibility and impact required for the publication of products that contribute to scientific knowledge in the selection, evaluation, publication and distribution of writings.
